ETU President Sakis Paragalos, ETU Vice-President Fred Buitenhuis and ETU Deputy Secretary General Constantin Apostol came to Ulyanovsk (Russia) to discuss the development of para-taekwondo in Ulyanovsk Region, Russia and Europe.
On 18 June, 2016 there was a meeting with the Governor of Ulyanovsk region (Russia) Sergey Morozov on the development of para-taekwondo and adaptive sport in Ulyanovsk region, Russia and Europe.
ETU President Assistant, EPTU Executive Director Vlada Latysheva gave the presentation about the development of para-taekwondo in Russia and Europe and showed the film “Strong in spirit”.
In the meeting took part ETU President Sakis Paragalos, ETU Vice-President Fred Buitenhuis, ETU Deputy Secretary General Constantin Apostol, ETU Vice-President, RTU President Anatoly Terekhov, ETU Council Member, EPTU Vice-President Evgeny Klyuchnikov, EPTU President Aleksandr Shlychkov, ETU President Assistant, EPTU Executive Director Vlada Latysheva, Secretary General of the Russian Paralympic Committee Andrey Strokin, Minister of Sports of Ulyanovsk Region Sergey Kuzmin and other officials.
At the end of the meeting ETU President and Governor of Ulyanovsk region signed Collaboration agreement about partnership and cooperation in development of paralympic kind of sport para-taekwondo in Europe, Russia and Ulyanovsk Region and opening of the ETU representative office on para-taekwondo issues in Ulyanovsk.
